Matchmo Attended SHDA 7th Housing Expo

The Subdivision and Housing Development Association (SHDA), in partnership with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), held its 7th housing expo at the Megatrade Hall 1, SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City last October 7 to 9, 2022.

The goal of the expo is to broaden the awareness of Filipino home seekers and owners about the housing industry here in the Philippines. With its mission of creating synergy and collaboration amongst members, it also invited financial institutions, industry partners, and real estate practitioners. The housing expo has been one of SHDA's many initiatives since 2015. Developers and key leaders from the country gathered at this expo to address the concern about the country’s housing backlog. It also extends its reach to more potential home buyers and generates jobs in the process.

Being one of the active members of the organization, Matchmo shares the same intention of helping our fellow Filipino homebuyers. Throughout the expo, we gladly assisted people with their home loans and developers who simply want to stay in touch with us daily.
